I made an appointment to get my left headlight assembly replaced under factory warranty. The appointment was made. The part was ordered. I told them while it's in for service I want the emergency brake che replaced under factory warranty. The appointment was made. The part was ordered. I told them while it's in for service I want the emergency brake checked along with the brakes. I left the car. No timeline To call me with results. To which I did get a call by noon stating my brake problem would be $1,000 to repair. I told the service man put the brakes on hold until I come up with the money for repairs. Just repair the headlamp assembly. He told me they have to order it and it may be under factory warranty. Which I knew it was. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT. THAT'S WHAT THE CAR WAS COMING IN FOR ORIGINALLY. This was the second time they replaced a warranty headlight. First one, being the right headlight assembly a year ago. An hour later I came up with the money for the brakes and told them to go ahead with the repairs. To which I was told that they were going to order both headlights assemblies and repair them. Free of charge. I knew that already. Why did they have to order them? When I told them a week earlier it was coming in for a headlight assembly. It was just aggravating. It was done by 10:00 the next morning. So I was only without my car for 26 hours. It's all part of life I guess. But I know I changed my own oil now as I used to. I will watch for specials online that you offer for bargains. I'm not used to labor rates to be as high as they are today. I know it's not just White Honda, it's everywhere. That's what forced me into doing a lot of my own repairs as I did years ago. I ran a truck parts and repair business for years. As I said I'll still use White Honda, but only when I have to. The new car sales team have always treated me right, but since I'm retired a new car might be difficult to acquire. but I'll still look More
