I had work done on my 2021 Acura TLX which I had purchased from Whites. Initially everything was great. Some minor electrical flaws and suspension components failed within months of owning the vehic purchased from Whites. Initially everything was great. Some minor electrical flaws and suspension components failed within months of owning the vehicle. Had some fixed on the house, and others had to be fixed on my own dollar. Not too upset about that, as it is a used car. Later down the line I had major work done, a timing chain (I had to tell them how to diagnose it because they couldn't tell what was wrong initially), and an oil pan reseal. Well, the timing chain seems okay for now, but when I looked over the work White's had done, they had left some things out of place including a loose valve cover bolt, and an oil pan that was still leaking. I mentioned it may be another component that was leaking, or a failed initial repair and Whites told me it was just residual oil from the prior repair. I disagreed as I had brought it back 2 times for them to say it was "residual oil" after the car continued to leak. I went to change my own oil and noticed it was still leaking, so I decided to not perform a $100 oil change if they needed to replace the oil anyways because I put expencive oil in my vehicle, I didn't want to waste it. When they finally agreed it was still leaking they re-sealed the oil pan. I have yet to check if it is leaking. When I had asked if they changed the oil filter on my vehicle because they needed to put new oil in it in order to re-seal the oil pan, they told me they had not. Although there was a new oil sticker in my windshield, the oil filter had not been replaced. I would not have known that if I did not ask. This can cause detrimental damage to a vehicle if you do not change the oil filter every time you change the oil. Anyways, now my car has a boost leak. And I am not sure whether to bring my vehicle back to White's, or start a civil lawsuit against neglect from this companies quality control. This shotty workmanship is very unprofessional, and as a fellow technician myself, I must say I am extremely disappointed. More

My car needed to have and oil change and I asked about what it would to trade in the car. They worked with me on my trade in, and showed me a car that was just perfect for me. I was able to get a great de what it would to trade in the car. They worked with me on my trade in, and showed me a car that was just perfect for me. I was able to get a great deal on a trade in and found a car that was just perfect for me. And all wheel drive Honda HR-V 2016. No one forced me or did any hard sale. Would I do this again here! Yes I would. I am very happy with everyone here and the dealership was just amazing. Thank you all for the wonderful experence! More

Tyler gets 5 plus stars! All staff are friendly and helpful. Waiting areas are clean and comfortable and is always nice to be able to grab a bottle of cold water on a hot day All staff are friendly and helpful.
