We wanted a vehical that was going to last us a while so as we went to dealership after dealership getting denied cause of our credit being a few points off we were losing hope. Then we swung into STOOPS AUTOMOTIVE of muncie and found a traverse with low miles and priced to sell. We walked in and Brett met us at the door and instantly got to work with us. He showed all of our options and what kind of down payments we were looking at. When he came back and said we were approved our hearts fluttered. He and stoops ran us for everything available to see what we could get and found what other dealerships couldnt find. So we signed the papers and drove our new car home. He still to this day after buying the vehical a month ago helps us with any questions we have. Ive never experienced customer service the way he gives it. Hes the best by far and will forever go to stoops and talk to Brett if we ever get another vehical. More
