I have purchased 5 BMW's over the years, and the purchase of the Audi from Audi Dallas, surpassed my 2021. The experience was stellar on all levels. I have purchased 5 BMW's over the years, and the purchase of the Audi from Audi Dallas, surpassed my buying experiences with BMW. The salesman I worked with, Dusty Craig was helpful in every way. Steve Shelley educated me on the move to an electric vehicle. Brett Huneycutt-Sales Mgr and Ricardo Viveros-Finance Mgr also assisted were critical in my decision to move to Audi. Subsequently the group has followed up with me on my purchase and been available after the sale with support. The car is great, but the selling experience has sold me on the Audi Experience and I expect to be a loyal customer of the Audi Brand and the Audi Dallas group for years to come. I cannot recommend the above group any higher and hope anyone looking for a truly pleasant experience purchasing an Audi will give them a chance.
