He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping me but never pressured me as you would expect in sales. I came to the dealership to look but not buy. He was very kind and patient. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed with a new vehicle. I was specifically searching for a Traverse because I have 3 children and needed the space. I previously drove one as a rental while my car was in the shop and fell in love with it. He showed me the only one they had on the lot, which I absolutely loved. Although it didn’t have the captain chairs I wanted, he proceeded to show me some other SUVs available with captain chairs and similar in space. I will definitely will be coming back to Jim Ellis Volkswagen to purchase my new vehicle in the future when I am ready. More
