Outstanding customer service from the moment i walked in. I bought a dodge dart from east hills and Brett Newman was my salesman. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My wife and I were so impressed with how professional everyone there is, especially Stan Ewing. He was amazing to deal with and so polite, it was such an easy process, from start to finish, buying our ne everyone there is, especially Stan Ewing. Had problem with 09 Patriot. Spoke with Judy. Then Bret. They took care of the old finance and sold us a 2013 patriot on a lease. No problems, very easy to negotiate and communicate with. Sales listened to what we wanted and delivered EXACTLY that. The whole deal took only a few hours. The showroom was neat and clean. Great experience. Love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Brett was very helpful and professional. Our insurance agent told us that "no dealer ever actually faxes over the paperwork" required to av Altitude. Brett was very helpful and professional. Bret did a fine job finding me the vehicle that I specified. He did not try to oversell me, but rather "he delivered". The Quality of Work rated good, the car was prepped but a few minor items were specified. He did not try to oversell me, but rather "he delivered". While we ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from East Hills, I was appreciative of the effort put forth towards obtaining our business. Specifically, during our final visit, Brett was very professional Hills, I was appreciative of the effort put forth towards obtaining our business. Specifically, during our final visit, Brett was very professional with his response to our questions about the vehicle we were considering. He explained matters very well and made us feel welcomed, especially regarding that he was not our original sales person. For a relatively younger individual, Brett was very professional and mature in a manner that impressed my wife and I very much. Finally, a note of my respect for Steve as he was very responsive and thorough with his information regarding the prospective purchase at East Hills. In my opinion, Steve has his act together and is very good at combining candor with professionalism on behalf of the dealership. In the end we found a different vehicle elsewhere that better suited our needs, but remain very pleased with the customer care exhibited towards us at East Hills. More
