I really like my new to me Hyundai. It was sold with two sets of car keys. The dealer lost the second set when I took ownership... Said they would get to them for me. I called multiple It was sold with two sets of car keys. The dealer lost the second set when I took ownership... Said they would get to them for me. I called multiple times to find out the status... Don't worry we will call you. Never did. Turns out a new set needed to be made, but I would have to travel 45 minutes to meet with the contractor duplicating the keys. No apology, no compensation for the frustration. Take it or leave it . More

Bri was great to work with and was patient. I didn't agree with the dealership as a whole adding lojack and the ceramic coating to the price when I did not want either of these additions.
