Circle Subaru fulfilled everything I want from a car dealership: friendly employees, informative sales staff and no pressure tactics used. The moment I entered the dealership I felt welcomed. In short order,I learned so much from Rich, my sales associate, about the Subaru Crosstrek. After a fun test drive, I was absolutely sold. Upon picking up my new car a few days later, Brianna taught me everything I needed to know about the technology in my new car. Having traded in a 12 year old vehicle with NO technology, Bri had her work cut out for her. But she was undaunted and made me feel very confident before I left the dealership. I love the fact that Bri encouraged me to call her with any questions I might have as I spent some time driving my car. When I picked up my license plates a few weeks later, both Rich and Bri were on hand to greet me and to ask how things were going with my Crosstrek. At that time I did have a few questions which they were happy to answer. Since my experience at Circle Subaru I have recommended them to every person who has commented on my new car.
