We have worked with him on every vehicle we purchased and he's the best. Honestly, Brian is the reason we came back to the dealership the third time. We had falled in in love with a completely different car at a different dealership but because our last two encounters with Brian were so positive- we decided to go just to check it out. Good-but lengthy-shopping experience I planned ahead and researched Hyundai before I went shopping. I went prepared to buy either new or used. Brian did a great job. He told me I could get the best deal on a new 2015 Sonata and we went for a test drive. I liked the car, but Brian was more enthused with the price than I was. One of the best things about my experience is that Brian went along with me. He didn't insist that I buy a car at a price that did not impress me. He looked for other options, including other cars. And he found one! I test drove a 3 year old Azera and fell in love with it. It has lots of fancy gizmos that make if fun and comfortable. I paid for the Azera the same number of dollars I would have paid for the new Sonata, but the Azera has the bells and whistles I have dreamed of having. I sure appreciate Brain searching until he found the right car. Another reason I appreciate Brian is that he agreed to talk to me in terms of the price of the car, not the monthly payment. I used to be a CPA and buying based on the amount of the payment doesn't make sense to me. What I want to know and negotiate is the PRICE of the vehicle. The payment is important, but not the way to buy a car. I did not give 5ive stars because I had to wait so very long to talk with the financing department. Two buyers were in line ahead of me. I was at the dealership from about 10:30 am until after 4 pm. Too long! I'm glad to have spent the time to get the right car, not happy about waiting for finance dept. The finance person was efficient and pleasant to work with. More
