I called a week after getting my car and told them there was a "wha wha" noise coming from the tires. It took almost 2 weeks to get it into service. While there, i was told it was a hub assembly and that th was a "wha wha" noise coming from the tires. It took almost 2 weeks to get it into service. While there, i was told it was a hub assembly and that they would have to take it to Victory Honda for the work. 4-1/2 weeks my car was in their shop with no communication until today only for them to tell me all it needed was for the tires to be rotated! I've called about it 4 times, left messages with the receptionist, and didn't get any calls back. I was told 2 of the calls that the message was going straight to the G. M. I still have to just deal with the noise it's making and get my own tires. So much for their "inspection". I'm furious! Victory Honda is apparently no better! I will not recommend them to anyone! Update...I went to pick up my car and it was completely dead! One comment was that it must be because it was sitting. Seriously? So if I don't drive my car for a bit, it will die? A manager called me when I got home, still in the loaner, and said they are going to put new tires on it. That's great, but now I'm concerned about my battery. Picked it up today, after 5 weeks and hoping all is well! NOPE! NOT FIXED! STILL MAKING NOISE THAT IS COMMON WITH A BAD HUB ASSEMBLY! UGGHH! DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS AGAIN! I'M NOT SURE AT THIS POINT WHERE TO TAKE MY CAR. SOOO VERY DISAPPOINTED! More
