Brian was very nice. Told us he was happy he didn’t work for a company that would give car salesmen a bad name. Unfortunately 2 weeks after purchasing the 2023 Jeep Wa Told us he was happy he didn’t work for a company that would give car salesmen a bad name. Unfortunately 2 weeks after purchasing the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer from them it starting leaking oil like a faucet. Had to take it to a local jeep dealership only to find out the oil change done was crappy and an after market filter was used and oil was spewing out of it. Had oil all over- had to pay for an oil change and cleaning up the car underneath due to all the oil that sprayed all over. Not to mention cleaning up all the oil that leaked in my garage. 3 days later the engine light came on. Took it back in and all three knocker sensors need to be replaced and I can’t drive it until fixed. Thank goodness the local dealership has been so kind fixing a xxxxty trade that wasn’t even theirs. The saving grace is it’s still under warranty and the local dealership has given me a loaner for the next 6 days. Not happy with Corwin - check your vehicles over better and don’t fix things cheaply. I traded a fabulous car for what I thought was another fabulous car but it ended up being a lemon. Hope to GOD this is the worst of it and I’m not stuck with a crap trade that costs me a fortune until I can pay the xxxx thing off. Will never do business here again. Should have stayed local with a trusted company and not bought out of state. Later heard from friends in Moorhead Corwin has a bad rep specifically for issues such as crappy trades and xxxxty service on cars they sell. Horrible end to what I thought was a decent start More
