Hello Chaniel, Once again I would like to start off by saying the last thing we want is a vehicle breaking down and having an upset customer. Please keep in mind that vehicles are manmade and can and do break without notice. Human bodies are far superior to automobiles however I can go to bed tonight and wake up sick tomorrow. Nobody knowingly or willingly made me sick. I am not a lemon and this is the same circumstance we are in with the Jeep. But once again the biggest problem is how my employees are treated. In your reply you stated it was my employees who were being profane and lying. I went back and listened to every recorded phone call from 1/9/17 till now and found phone calls to my service advisor at 11:23Am on 1/12 where after asking a clarifying question about the problem your husband curses him out with the F words for asking a question. My service advisor replies "please don't swear at me sir" and your husband continues to curse at him. This supports the concerns brought to me by both my service advisors and Jeremy. Although they are employees and it is a stressful time for the customer people cannot treat other people that way. I have to protect my employees. They have feelings too. I know for a fact based on your tenacity you would not let anyone speak to any of your employees that way. Friday Jeremy came to me with tears in his eyes because of the conversation he had with your husband. What message do I send to my employees if I let them be treated that way? You are asking me to help you with a problem that I am in no way am I legally obligated to help you with. Typically I would help immediately and get this concern handled as fast and as soon as possible because I understand the value of your business. I can always replace a car or but I can never replace you but due to the treatment of my employees we have arrived at a standstill. My store has won numerous awards for customer service by manufactures and third party vendors. I place customer satisfaction at the top of the list. Moreover we are always very active in our community and surrounding communities making sure people, events, and charities are supported. I would love to help you but we need to be able to have a conversation and listen respectfully to each other even if we disagree. Sincerely, Brian Belderrain

Hello Mr. Gumpert, First I would like to clarify the obstacles car dealerships face when working with a RoadLoans approval. In your particular case Roadloans approved you for 100% LTV with $450.00 down provided you proved your open autos were traded in or paid off. Also Roadloans required the selling dealer to pay them a fee of $1800. The 100% LTV approval from RoadLoans is Kelly Blue Book Wholesale price which means the selling dealer would have to sell the reconditioned vehicle for $1800 back of wholesale price. Unfortunately with the stipulations made by Roadloans this eliminates a great deal of a dealer’s inventory from consideration because the dealership would have to occur significant losses to meet the lending requirements made by RoadLoans on most vehicles. Another obstacle in regards to the approval was in regards to proving all open autos were either traded-in or paid off. The lien release you provided for your 2014 Jeep from M&T Bank did not work for Roadloans because although the lien had been released by M&T Bank it had been reassigned to their repossession department according to M&T Bank representative. Moreover, Roadloans was adamant that you could have no other open auto loans so even if Roadloans accepted the lien release you provided for the 2014 Jeep you still have the new auto loan you acquired on January 6th, 2014 through Southern Cascades. . In regards to the comment made about your wife I would like to put that into proper context. The comment made by Rich was actually to you after you pulled Rich to the side and “apologized for your spouse’s attitude”. Rich’s response was “don’t worry about it I have dealt with it before.” I have spoken with Rich about this comment and he did not mean to offend you or your wife in anyway. He simply wanted to defuse the tension and assure you that he was not offended. He will be calling you shortly to give you his sincerest apology. I am sorry that your experience did not live up to expectations. We strive to provide an honest, upfront customer experience. Roadloan approvals can be extremely difficult when you take all the lender stipulations into consideration. We worked diligently to try and meet those requirements and apologize if there was any misunderstanding. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Brian Belderrain General Manager 406-791-8682

Aaron, I can assure you that you will receive nothing but the best service for any and all of your needs. You are a valued customer and we want to keep your business for life. I understand the confusion and frustration that comes with working with RoadLoans. RoadLoan’s loan officers make it seem like all you have to do is go select a vehicle in your approval range and give the dealer a check. When in fact it is extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to meet all the “requirements’ of their approval. I’ve been dealing with RoadLoan approvals for over 10 years and they still frustrate me with all of their requirements. I can only imagine the frustration you and your wife experienced during this process. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can help you with. Sincerely, Brian Belderrain General Manager

Hello Aaron, I will pull the Westlake approval and review the stipulations. I will be in the office until 6 this evening. Do you think you can stop by sometime today and we can see if we can figure something out? Thanks Brian

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls responded

I reviewed the WestLake approval and it is a difficult approval to say the least. They "approved" the loan based on a 62% loan to value so they would like a sizable amount down, plus proof of open auto paid off with an interest rate of 24.99. We really don't have much to work with in regards to this approval but we could sure sit down and see if I can figure out a way to go with another lender. Let me know how you would like to proceed. Thanks Brian

Just call back from Rich. I will remove this review (as soon as I figure out where the option to remove is located) after hearing your explanation of why this deal did not go through. Besides the end statement of swindling money, I do try to keep this professional as possible. I even agree with Rich, no matter the story of dis respectfulness, it will end in a he said she said and neither one of us need that kind of drama. Secondly, only complaint I truly have is with my truck, but I never brought it to the dealership's attention and its past due now to worry about it. I do have oil for life of that truck, and I'm skeptical at the moment to bring it to your dealership after this incident (in terms of a scene being made). I thank you for handling the situation and like I said before, I will remove or edit this review. Thank you for your time. Aaron Gumpert

Will do and thank you again. Too bad I didn't get to meet you in person. Yes, I read some reviews of Road Loans and they seem to have alot of underline stipulations if that makes sense. Have a great day and thank you for your service. Aaron Gumpert

Hey Brian, I received a loan letter from Westlake Financial Services saying we were approved for credit for your dealership, but the approval expired. I was told we didn't have an approval before road loans issue. If there is a chance we can schedule a time to meet, that would be great. I tried to ask Westlake what I was approved for, but they wouldn't tell me and they said I should've known through the dealership. I can bring the letters if need be. Thanks, Aaron Gumpert
