General Manager was a great help They sold my son a car that had to be push started to pop the clutch!! He put money down to have them hold it so he could test drive it the next day s They sold my son a car that had to be push started to pop the clutch!! He put money down to have them hold it so he could test drive it the next day since they were about to close and wouldn't let him test drive that day. Next day he went in to test drive and was told he had to buy it since he put money down and if he didn't they were going to his 1st SGT. They totally take advantage of our Airmen!! Now we're stuck with this xxx!! Update: I talked to the GM Brian and he sent the car to Volkswagen to get fixed and took care of all the expenses. He was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. We drove that car from Montana all the way to Illinois with no issues. More

I financed a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo on 01/06/17 with the deale CAN SOMEONE COPY AND PASTE TO REVIEWS ON LITHIA's PAGE!! THEY BLOCKED ME!!! I financed a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo on 01/06/17 with the dealership. The dealer told me it was a Q-Certified vehicle, which meant it is guaranteed a limited powertrain warranty and that it also went through an extensive inspection. He told me the only thing wrong with the car was a small dent on the driver side door. I believed this to be a great deal. 2 days later on 01/08/17, the vehicle's steering wheel and brakes locked up while going 40mph on the highway, luckily we were on an empty straight rode or this could have been life threatening. After we coasted to a stop, the vehicle would not start after several attempts. The vehicle was hardly driven at this time and had 1/4 tank of gas. We called Lithia and they told us that they sold us the vehicle before repairing 2 recalls. They said it was the fuel pump relay that needed to be repaired. They gave me Jeeps recall line and I was able to get the vehicle towed to the nearest repair shop Northern Chrysler in Cutbank, MT. N. Chrysler told us that the vehicle's recalls had already been repaired and the vehicle needed a new fuel pump and this was not covered under recall. I called Lithia again on 1/12/17 to tell them the issue and they still refused to help me with any repairs. So I called the bank who approved me, American Credit Acceptance on 1/12/17, They said I could back out of the deal. I called Lithia with this information and then they offered to come and get the vehicle and offered a loaner while it was repaired. On 1/14/17, Lithia called and said that Kenny with the repair shop at Northern Chrysler said the car started and it was because of bad gasoline. They said they were still going to go get it and Jeremy told me they wanted to run another inspection on the vehicle in their own facility and that I could come get the vehicle on 01/15/17. I picked the vehicle up at the dealership 138 miles away from my home town at my own expense. Then on 01/26/17, the same issue happened. The vehicle would not start and will not attempt to start. My husband called Lithia to try to resolve the issue and Jeremy told him "What did you want us to do take the entire vehicle apart!?" He was not offering any advice or help on resolving this so my husband hung up after a heated conversation. I called Lithia back and asked to speak to the store manager, the secretary told me she would give him my number and he would call back. Shortly after, the manager called back and asked what was happening. I told him that the same issue was happening and I wanted this issue resolved or a new car because this deal was bad. He told me "You got a great deal, I can't help your credit, I don't pay your bills." He told me to call Q-Certified and that it would cover this repair. He also told me it was my own fault because I did not purchase an extended warranty. I felt his comments were very degrading to me and he was not willing to work with me in anyway. I was very upset and angry and hung up on him. I still have not received a call back after hanging up on him. I pay a large amount a month for this vehicle. I also called and spoke with Greg at Q-Cert. and he told me that because the vehicle was not owned for 30 days, Lithia was responsible for the repairs and that they know this. I called Lithia Corporate office in Oregon and spoke to Melinda. She told me she would try to mediate and I have still not received a call back. This business is very unprofessional and the salesmen do not disclose the vehicles true condition especially after taking it to their shop for another inspection. For not driving a vehicle for even 2 weeks at this time I feel cheated and have filed a claim with Consumer Protection Agency, Lithia Corporation, The Federal Trade Commission, and American Credit Acceptance. Lithia also erased my review of their company on their facebook page and blocked any access to comment or post on their page. More

He asked me what exactly i was looking for and i drilled him with some very specific needs and wants i had, he countered me with the amazing 2014 ram 1500 i now own. Than came the financing part, i told him only way is if he got my payment at $600 or less, well after a little bit him, Robert Buley, and Brian went to bat for me and they knocked it out of the part. THe offers and deal they brought to the table blew me away, i could do nothing but say hell yes. These boys helped me out big time, they are true warriors that went above and beyond i ever expected anyone to ever do for me for purchasing a vehicle.
