They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal! More

When I tried to cut through the BS and get down to numbers. He then hung up on me. Would never think about dealing with this individual or the dealership in general if this is the caliber of person on their payrolll. More
