This was the worst experience ever. I scheduled an appointment to have a diagnostic test run on my Camry and after two hours, my wife brought the car back home. I scheduled another appointment at which I took the Camry in for diagnostic test, and after 2 1/2 hours I asked to have my car back. My service associate was amazing. His supervisor has the personality of a wet rag. They charged me $79 because they put my car on the rack but did nothing. This will be the last car we buy from Wyatt Johnson due to having to schedule two appointments for a diagnostic test and it’s still not done. More

I scheduled an install of OEM rails. After waiting for the parts to arrive, waiting two hours on a day I scheduled around the fix, it turns out the rails don't fit and are the wrong part After waiting for the parts to arrive, waiting two hours on a day I scheduled around the fix, it turns out the rails don't fit and are the wrong part. Not only were the parts incorrect, not only did it take two hours during an appointment to figure out the parts didn't work, but I wasted time scheduling a day around an event that couldn't happen to begin with. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional, but my time was wasted. The part software, service scheduling, and actual appointment time processes all need improvements. More
