This dealership service center was fantastic I showed up without an appointment on my way to Florida in the last ditch attempt to get my service completed before road trip which I couldn't seem to get done without an appointment on my way to Florida in the last ditch attempt to get my service completed before road trip which I couldn't seem to get done at the Madisonville Toyota. I called they were able to take my car and ride away they were extremely thorough and checking everything over and giving me a list of items that needed to be addressed in their cost as well as perform the 30,000 mi service on my vehicle and they completed all this and less than 2 hours. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and accommodating I have nothing bad to say about them. Even though this dealership is a little over an hour away from me I will be taking my vehicle there from now on. Their customer waiting area was very comfortable with plenty of seats and couches a TV free coffee a snack machine and very stylish. More
