Friendly, courteous and respectful. I like how quick they respond and help with my service and go above others with a nice vehicle wash. All the staff is very friendly and nice. Very slow to initiate the repair (over one week). Initial bill was $1000 over the quote. They did change the bill once I pointed it out. Initial bill was $1000 over the quote. They did change the bill once I pointed it out. More

Secund appointment in a row that took over 2 hours for an oil change, poor communication regarding the delay. The technician on the previous visit lost the wheel lock to undue lug nuts. They gave the car a oil change, poor communication regarding the delay. The technician on the previous visit lost the wheel lock to undue lug nuts. They gave the car a wash as an apology. I've lost faith in this dealership. General manager said they are working on it and are cleaning up old messeo at the expense of new customers. More
