Dealer was polite and enthusiastic about my needs Good service, seemed very concerned about fully satisfying my expectations even after the original sale 6 months ago. Brian was very attentive. I had Good service, seemed very concerned about fully satisfying my expectations even after the original sale 6 months ago. Brian was very attentive. I had a slight flaw in the hood which I notified them about within a day of purchase and they had no issue addressing the issue 6 months later when I arrived for first service. Sales manager was extremely polite and never questioned the issue which will need attention from paint and body. The only slight problem I had is I will need to return to complete the repair, but they already explained all issues which will need to be addressed including a loaner car if needed. More

After the sale I originally bought a Mazda 6 then traded it in on a CX5 which I am very satisfied with. Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very wel I originally bought a Mazda 6 then traded it in on a CX5 which I am very satisfied with. Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very well. I had a couple of minor things on my CX5 which needed attention, and the service handled it very well. They always clean my vehicle when I take it in for service, and that is a great feature. My only complaint is that I brought my neighbor in who also bought a CX 5 (he like mine), and I was promised a $100.00 finders fee. I have not receive that as of yet (approx 5 weeks ago), and that is a little bit unsettling. More
