Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very well. I had a couple of minor things on my CX5 which needed attention, and the service handled it very well. They always clean my vehicle when I take it in for service, and that is a great feature. My only complaint is that I brought my neighbor in who also bought a CX 5 (he like mine), and I was promised a $100.00 finders fee. I have not receive that as of yet (approx 5 weeks ago), and that is a little bit unsettling. More

He checked my information and confirmed exactly what the service would be. He then kept me updated periodically throughout the service time letting me know that things were proceeding as scheduled. I ask a question about an add on part for my car and he immediately checked the pricing and got back with me. I could not have asked for any better service. R. Lacy More
