We certainly understand how frustrating it is to have an unexpected issue shortly after a purchase, especially when it impacts your ability to get to work. The vehicle in question was a 2014 Ford F-150 with over 100,000 miles, and it was sold AS-IS as a wholesale-to-the-public vehicle, which was fully disclosed at the time of sale. Due to the age and mileage of wholesale vehicles, they do not carry the same coverage or guarantees as our retail inventory. That said, we truly regret the inconvenience this caused and never want a customer to feel disappointed. We take great pride in standing behind our retail vehicles, which go through a more extensive reconditioning process and include warranty options for added peace of mind.
