Long wait, unnecessary work was performed. For 58 minutes I was staring at my car as it was parked in the pull up stop in front of the service desk. Just as I was getting up to leave, the For 58 minutes I was staring at my car as it was parked in the pull up stop in front of the service desk. Just as I was getting up to leave, they finally took it. Adding to my ire as I was waiting to check in, conversations were being had about work outside the dealership instead of taking care of customer service. There was also unnecessary work done. I asked that the wiper blade on my driver's side could be looked at. They replaced that blade and without my knowledge or permission replaced both front blades and the arm rear as well.I had no problems with either of those blades. In addition, the gentleman at the desk told me that my antifreeze and coolant had not been replaced in over 18 months and needed to be done. When I returned home I checked my past bills and this exact service had been done in September of 2019. I have always thought that the service at Fiat was excellent. In addition, through my recommendation, my daughter and several other people who live in Philadelphia have purchased a Fiat. Also, masks should be worn if distancing of more than 6 feet is not possible. There were no masks worn . I felt these were deliberate and unnecessary actions done by the service department to drive up the bill. I do not think I will be servicing my car again at your dealership nor recommending it. .
