From start to finish the 2 employees were very helpful. I was looking at other cars but after the first day I looked I went back the 2nd day and bought the Malibu. Very nice and helpful. deceptive acts are done here I found out after i purchased an $80k brand new truck that it had an axel replacement that eas never disclosed to me until 3 days after I left dealer with vehicle. Customer service is terrible. May car came out dirty and smelled. They didn't do any inspections they just did the service. So they missed an opportunity to upscale. Which is all they did. More

26 months ago I purchased a 2004 Corvette from them with 71xxx miles. I have put 6xxx miles on it since purchase. I brought it in for preventative maintenance. I wanted a 160° thermostate coolant flush and 71xxx miles. I have put 6xxx miles on it since purchase. I brought it in for preventative maintenance. I wanted a 160° thermostate coolant flush and blow out AC condenser, radiator and coolant flush. None of which was done and I paid $455.00 for services not performed. I am a retired master technician waiting on hip and knee replacement surgeries or I would have done it myself. Car overheating I remove shrouds and radiator is plugged. Coolant was orange (Dex Cool) paperwork states universal coolant used (yellow in color) and Thermostate housing hasn't been touched. I bought the car from them and tried to trust them. They proved to be untrustworthy. More

Terrible time. Brian Doeden lied to me about issues on my brand new 2020 truck to drag out getting it looked at (told head was off due to "double headgasket" but it was never touched nor was it the issue, th brand new 2020 truck to drag out getting it looked at (told head was off due to "double headgasket" but it was never touched nor was it the issue, the GM system proves that, i have screen shots), told to take the truck elsewhere because i couldnt get simple information back, my calls were blocked, and all the while i had no vehicle to drive as there were "no loaners" as i was told (im sure that was a lie too). after a 2 month fight, i finally got my truck back. You want to talk about unprofession conduct and immoral practice, go see brian. he will be sure to screw your month up More
