Making the appointment was very easy. I arrived on time and they took my car in for the scheduled service immediately. The car was done faster than promised. The tech went through normal inspection process and they took my car in for the scheduled service immediately. The car was done faster than promised. I came I. With my car to change engine oil. This is my second time I was disrespected and I won’t be back. I was waiting for someone to tell me that my car was ready when they were finish. They came in an second time I was disrespected and I won’t be back. I was waiting for someone to tell me that my car was ready when they were finish. They came in and call everyone else who was colored and cause I am black it took a phone call from my son for me to see my car parked after 11/2 hour. My wife and children does business with Toyota but we will not anymore. Ask Josh at Bloomington Toyota. He is our rep that we buy three cars from. They did not even give a complimentary wash. More

Made appointment online for a 2:30 oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Vehicle was done at 3:50. Unacceptable. Also the cost was $74!! That’s $25-30 dollars more than what I am used to rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Vehicle was done at 3:50. Unacceptable. Also the cost was $74!! That’s $25-30 dollars more than what I am used to paying for the same service at Billion in Sioux Falls. I own 4 Toyotas. I will probably try the Toyota dealership in Fergus next time. More

I had an bad experience regarding a rear brake job which lasted only 27,000 miles. Apparently there was a bad caliper that was not caught on the initial brake job resulting in a needed premature 2nd brake j lasted only 27,000 miles. Apparently there was a bad caliper that was not caught on the initial brake job resulting in a needed premature 2nd brake job. Brian was great helping to diagnose the problem with the technician,. He also went to bat for me with management to replace the bad caliper and the resultant damaged rotor with minimal cost. Brian was supportive, caring and professional - Thank you Brian More
