*UPDATE* *EDIT* 11/1/2025 Unfortunately I have to change my 5-star review to 2-star. There were some issues with the car: - Claimed to have had car balanced, yet, no wheel weights were found by Di change my 5-star review to 2-star. There were some issues with the car: - Claimed to have had car balanced, yet, no wheel weights were found by Discount Tire when we took it for balancing since the car shook so much. - Claimed the CV joints were in good shape, yet, the mechanic who replaced them for me said they were in bad shape. - Didn't have a 2nd key nor the reset keycode for the keypad. - Door was obviously pried open at some point leaving marks and a bent door that I missed during inspection (and found after arriving home) and they were surprised was there, indicating they missed it as well. They refused to do anything about it. See photos. - Their kind attitudes change to complete indifference as soon as we bought the car . . . which we paid cash for. To their credit, they did give a slight discount on the car as well as make a 2nd keyfob and key at their cost. However, due to the undisclosed damage to the car, which I don't necessarily believe they knew about, but rather missed and their refusal to do anything about it, e.g. split repair cost, discount, whatever, and claiming to have balanced the car and that it ran great afterwards, but evidence showed otherwise, I have to reduce my initial 5-star review to 2-star. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* I had a great experience at Pinnacle Motors. Robert was awesome, knowledgeable, and quick to answer our questions. He was very patient, kind, and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Phenomenal service and communication from Dave and his staff up at Pinnacle! Everything was straight forward and no was never an option!
