Always fair and honest We have purchased 2 used cars and 1 new car from this dealership and always feel like we are treated fairly. The employees are personable and knowledg We have purchased 2 used cars and 1 new car from this dealership and always feel like we are treated fairly. The employees are personable and knowledgeable making it easy to discuss options find what you need. Each time we have purchased a vehicle I have researched prices on the car we are buying and on our trade in and they are always average or better in the market. We always use Brian Fox as our sales rep because he is very responsive, works hard to find us what we need, and doesn't pressure us into anything. In fact he's cautioned us against certain things that would be more expensive but unnecessary in our situation. The business managers have all been very well organized and make the car buying experience enjoyable. We will continue to buy our cars at this dealership and haven't seen a need to look elsewhere. More

Good consultant when buying a used or new car I enjoyed working with Brian because his demeanor was not the faux friend glad handing manipulative salesman that I've found elsewhere. Great Customer Service & Wonderful Product We are a family of 6 who recently purchased a used 2013 Honda Oddyssey van. Brian Fox was our car salesmen. He went above and beyond by staying late We are a family of 6 who recently purchased a used 2013 Honda Oddyssey van. Brian Fox was our car salesmen. He went above and beyond by staying late to close the sale (a babysitter was at home with our kids, so it was an ideal time for us to finish things up, and not have to come back in!). He also stopped by our house on his way into work the next morning so that we wouldn't have to run back to Ames from Ankeny an additional time. He was kind, not pushy, and knew his stuff. We were thrilled to find a used van in such wonderful condition at Honda of Ames. We will gladly be recommending both the dealership and Brian Fox to friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle.
