Maybe in the future when we need more work done it will be an issue as our car is going on 12 years and while we would like a new one the time is not right yet with all the issues with chip shortages and other things, we were going to look for one in 2020 but now it may not be until 2022 at the earliest. This dealer screwed up my oil changed 3 times. The 1st time they never even changed my oil the 2nd time they overfilled my oil by double the 3rd time they added the wrong oil. They have no idea what they' time they never even changed my oil the 2nd time they overfilled my oil by double the 3rd time they added the wrong oil. Pulled into the service center and immediately a young man came over and took the keys and asked us to wait for service person. No more had we walked over and she came out of he office.
