over 2 hours for scheduled oil change I came in for a scheduled oil change. No one wanted to help me and just seemed like they didnt care. Through the service windows you could see most of I came in for a scheduled oil change. No one wanted to help me and just seemed like they didnt care. Through the service windows you could see most of the bays were empty and there were only 3 other customers at the center. There were 2 of the other customers at the window also talking about how long they had been there for the speedy 30 minute oil change... In no way should it take 2 hours for just an oil change. This must be why they sell the oil change package when you buy the car.... They know you wouldnt come back otherwise... Very disappointed. More

Express Lane Experience Have been with Thomas Dodge for about 25 years. Have purchase 8+ Cars & Trucks from them. They have been GREAT until April 9th 2014. I went in the Exp Have been with Thomas Dodge for about 25 years. Have purchase 8+ Cars & Trucks from them. They have been GREAT until April 9th 2014. I went in the Express Lane for a simple OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION. All I got to say that they don't work work for NASCAR because I got there around 8:50am and got out around 12:30pm. Can't believe it took that long for the EXPRESS LANE. I understand there were orther in front of me but having to wait a little over 3-1/2 hours is a out of the question. I am sorry to say but on my experience I give them a Grade of F for failure. I just hope they can figure out there problems and get them fixed. I feel if they don't & other customers are getting the same treatment they might start losing some customers. More

I called to see if i can go to another Chrysler dealer to have my 2 vehicles serviced at the same time and they assured me i could go there and no waiting and if i wanted my free oil change & car wash i had have my 2 vehicles serviced at the same time and they assured me i could go there and no waiting and if i wanted my free oil change & car wash i had to go there. I left my work early and called my daughter off school to take both vehicles there and i had a 1 1/2 hr wait and i did not get my vehicle washed when i asked about the wash they poured water on it and sent me my way. I live in Portage and drove across town to have this service done. I have purchased all of my vehicles from Thomas Dodge and have had no problems like i did yesterday. I was not only inconvenienced but had to loose a half days pay. Service man Alex ? was very nice and tried hard to get me on my way. I came to work this morning expressing my feelings to my co-workers. My husnand is due for his oil change as well and if it wasn't the fact that we had to go there i definately would choose another place closer. Word of mouth is what brings a customer back with good service,. However i am sorry to say i DEFINATELY did not get that yesterday. Thank You More

I had my car towed "Thomas Dodge of Highland". I received the same consistent care, professionalism, affordable cost and most importantly attention and courtesy with a smile even though my car needed to be kept for a few days. Hi. my name is STAN STEWART. On 8/28/12 this dealership put a power steering hose on my 2005 SRT-10 RAM TRUCK. The hose failed again it (WAS NOT) the dealerships fault. I asked if I could take it to any do put a power steering hose on my 2005 SRT-10 RAM TRUCK. The hose failed again it (WAS NOT) the dealerships fault. I asked if I could take it to any dodge dealership because I live in Chicago IL and they said yes that any dealership would honor the Mopar part and labor. I than contacted SOUTH CHICAGO DODGE DEALERSHIP and asked the same. They agreed they would. It became a problem from the start with these guys. On the other hand THOMAS DODGE EMPLOYEE'S WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a problem that they had nothing to do with. EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND MORE THAN HELPFUL. As I stated I live in CHICAGO and if I have another problem I'll (PUSH MY TRUCK) to THOMAS DODGE. I would RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone. I don't think that I'll by another dodge truck because I'M MORE THAN SATISFIED with my SRT-10:-) But my wife likes the dodge challenger:-) More
