Will not fix what is wrong with the car 6th time being in the dealership and the customer service is horrible. Service lies so they don't have to honor warentee. Got told my Chrysler 200 was 6th time being in the dealership and the customer service is horrible. Service lies so they don't have to honor warentee. Got told my Chrysler 200 was not suppose to have E85 gas in it so they said it was not covered by my warranty. My gas cap clearly says it only takes E85. Service manager stated they needed to pull the exsisting gas out replace with 87. 175$ an hour three hour minimum. So they are pretty much telling me to void my warranty put gas in it that it doesn't take but my owners manual clearly said E85. So I guess the owners manual is lying. I was told I was not allowed to come back to their dealership because their customer service rep Kelly didn't like what I had to say so she said bring it. Then after I ask for her not to call back only the manager she repeatly calls causing issues. So when I get up there to get my car they notated my paperwork I was abusive? I never lifted a hand to anyone I never threatened anyone. So now I have to void my warentee because I cannot go there anymore. They will hide them not knowing about cars and not honor your wantentees unless you buy from them STAY AWAY FAR AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR TO BE MESSED UP the only good service they had was Lester. More

Great service experience! I was driving back to Minnesota after taking delivery of my new Hellcat Charger near Indianapolis when my car overheated not 2 hours after I signed an I was driving back to Minnesota after taking delivery of my new Hellcat Charger near Indianapolis when my car overheated not 2 hours after I signed and took delivery. I had my car flat-bedded to the nearest dealer who happened to be Thomas and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to diagnose and repair the car and get me back on the road. Bob Emlund and Brian Gain kept me in the loop every step of the way and I can't thank them enough for taking care of me. These guys went above and beyond to help out a stranded traveler. More

Srevice Department Service department although very friendly, I feel attach hidden fees. Coupon for oil change did not include all oil needed for my vehicle! Also a miscellaneous charge for rags was added,but taken off when I asked. When rotating tires to maintain warranty maintanence why should a labor charge be added? More

TERRIBLE experience This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I waited for over one hour for a car drop off. Sal's Review: Price is good but! Price for the cars are good but if you're looking to get a good trade for your car it's not going to happen. According to the manager Kelley Blue Book has never sold a car! Salesperson Faye did a great job on explaining and showing the car. Bought the car on a Monday took the car in on Friday to have an electric start put in which I pay for and they damaged my vehicle front bumper was scratch bad took it back that Friday show Kelli Boswinkle the service person that handle us at first and was told by Kelli Boswinkle service person that the Service Manager Brian Gain would look at the surveillance video and contact us two weeks later no reply! So went to Faye and she came threw for us. It toke two weeks to get the part in but it's finally got done and no one in management has said Sorry for the inconvenience or try to make it!!! Fix it after all the wait and no response is just not enough.. thank you Faye Giles for all you have done for us! More

Damage To My Wife's Car In The Service Department I am 61 years old and bought my first new car (2012 Chrysler 200 Touring) in August, 2012 at Thomas. The sales department were top shelf as was Nady B I am 61 years old and bought my first new car (2012 Chrysler 200 Touring) in August, 2012 at Thomas. The sales department were top shelf as was Nady Boutros in financing. The service department, however, did the usual oil change in November of 2014. One of their oil change employees left something on the fender rail and then closed the hood. The hood has a dent and is bowed. They also left oil spilled on the plenum. When my wife returned the car back to the service dept. "Brian" stated that it was not his mechanics! I have NEVER opened the hood and my handicapped wife would have no reason to open it! They wiped the oil off the plenum and sent my wife home. I will NEVER go back to their service department. Next year is time to buy another car and possibly another dealer! More
