Mike Colgan was great. Helped us find exactly what we wanted. He went the extra mile found a car brought in on trade that wasn’t advertised yet. He slowly looked through the carfax with us, instead of flipping through it to hide things like other dealers in area did. Mike was top notch and I’d highly reccomend him and Hyundai of Naples. The whole staff made us feel comfortable and happy!!! More

I stopped in to get some paperwork updated. Brian, who had never worked with me, took all the time needed and got me covered. Then walking out to my car, he noticed a screw in my tire. Sent me Brian, who had never worked with me, took all the time needed and got me covered. Then walking out to my car, he noticed a screw in my tire. Sent me right to service without any appointment. Peter in service was able to accommodate me in spite of being busy. I needed a replacement tire but because of mileage was able to get me a large discount from Michelin. I felt everyone went above and beyond, and certainly saved me future problems. I generally don’t praise dealerships, but thanks Genesis if Naples. More

I have been dealing with this dealership since 2020. Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule fo Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule for 3/25/2025. I was told they would do a diagnostic the next day. Through the next couple of days I would receive a text message informing me they weren’t able to do the diagnostic. This message always ended with a promise of doing the diagnostic the next day. Finally on 4/22/2025 I texted saying I had changed my mind on the service. I mentioned I would be looking at a new purchase, which I did. I am set to return on 4/7/2025 for a follow up test drive. This morning I woke feeling maybe I shouldn’t make this purchase of a Gv80. I am concerned after owning a Genisis and being a returning customer that I would be treated like this. Not a good position to be in! Not a good way to have a customer feel. So I hope you can use this feedback in your course of business. Thank you More
