The staff was very truthful about the vehicle that I could only see pictures of. The truck was everything they said it was. It was ready for inspection when I arrived from a 4 hr drive. After I decided to buy the truck the financial staff had me out the door in about 30 minutes. Came to an agreement on price over the phone & they stuck to the price when I got there. Nice to know that you can trust these people!! More

NO! THEY ARE PREDATORS! I would never buy another vehicle here! But if your are one of those people who need to see for yourself, beware! They will bait you with an interest I would never buy another vehicle here! But if your are one of those people who need to see for yourself, beware! They will bait you with an interest rate but try to charge you double the rate when you go to sign the papers, as they get a percentage of the interest. And they are great at manipulation. They will try to get you one way or another. ..if they quote a price that appeals to you they will try to get you in other ways, high interest or low trade in value. Its just not worth dealing with dishonest dealerships, avoid this one! Also the vehichle I bought had the rust painted over. Do some thorough research and check out all reviews from all sources More

Almost Shocking Salesman knew nothing and acted like we were putting him out. Found more info on trucks on their web site versus asking in person. After 3 hours of Salesman knew nothing and acted like we were putting him out. Found more info on trucks on their web site versus asking in person. After 3 hours of test driving vehicles we were literally yelled at publicly by the Sales Manager, expressing his sales men needed to feed his family and expressed in such a loud and demeaning way why in the world did we spend 3 hours with them if we weren't going to buy a truck "today?!" Of course we were immediately hit with the, "What would it take to drive this home today?" After only looking at the first truck! Said if we could get you a "smoking hot deal" would you be interested? But never even worked with us to lower the price. Ughhhh... Without exaggeration, this was the worst car experience i have had to date in my 51 years. Will never go back and will actively seek to protect others from going. Still a bit surreal! And do not go when the huskers are playing... or at least when the huskers are loosing! Perhaps this was his source of anger? More

Their answer was "no, nothing else". When I arrived, I found a hole in the rear bumper, which irritated me since I had driven 45 minutes to come see it. I took it on a test drive, but ended up having to stop and fill it up with gas with my own money because they had literally given it to me on E. It was also out of windshield wiper fluid and had an indicator light on. During price negotiation, they decided they didn't want to replace the headlight after all. I dealt with the concession, and purchased the vehicle, unimpressed with the hassle of their process. I got it home, filled it up with windshield wiper fluid, and the indicator light was back on again in the morning. Great, the wiper fluid reservoir leaks. Something they would have known if they were more attentive to inspecting their used vehicles. The first highway trip I took it on, 60 minutes round trip, it overheated on every uphill. Turned out the water pump and thermostat both had to be replaced, as well as a motor mount. $2600 1 week after purchase. Again, something that could have been discovered had they done a more thorough inspection (like a highway test drive) of their used vehicles. I would never recommend a used vehicle dealership that doesn't thoroughly inspect their used vehicles. There's either a lack of work ethic, process, integrity, or all of the above. Otherwise, what's the advantage of going to a dealership over a private party purchase if they do virtually nothing to assure the product they're selling is reliable or at least inspected and disclosed? This dealership needs a lot of improvement on their process. More
