Very Disorganized, My first question over the phone about the used vehicle I purchased was "besides a headlight that they were already planning on replacing, is there an My first question over the phone about the used vehicle I purchased was "besides a headlight that they were already planning on replacing, is there anything wrong with it?" Their answer was "no, nothing else". When I arrived, I found a hole in the rear bumper, which irritated me since I had driven 45 minutes to come see it. I took it on a test drive, but ended up having to stop and fill it up with gas with my own money because they had literally given it to me on E. It was also out of windshield wiper fluid and had an indicator light on. During price negotiation, they decided they didn't want to replace the headlight after all. I dealt with the concession, and purchased the vehicle, unimpressed with the hassle of their process. I got it home, filled it up with windshield wiper fluid, and the indicator light was back on again in the morning. Great, the wiper fluid reservoir leaks. Something they would have known if they were more attentive to inspecting their used vehicles. The first highway trip I took it on, 60 minutes round trip, it overheated on every uphill. Turned out the water pump and thermostat both had to be replaced, as well as a motor mount. $2600 1 week after purchase. Again, something that could have been discovered had they done a more thorough inspection (like a highway test drive) of their used vehicles. I would never recommend a used vehicle dealership that doesn't thoroughly inspect their used vehicles. There's either a lack of work ethic, process, integrity, or all of the above. Otherwise, what's the advantage of going to a dealership over a private party purchase if they do virtually nothing to assure the product they're selling is reliable or at least inspected and disclosed? This dealership needs a lot of improvement on their process. More

Totally not satisfied The purchase was ok. Except they lost our W-2 and not sure where that is at. It started right after a week after the purchase date. Got a check engine The purchase was ok. Except they lost our W-2 and not sure where that is at. It started right after a week after the purchase date. Got a check engine light on saying it was a failed thermostat. It was replaced right away. Then about 10 months later it was overheating. Find out it has a possible cracked cylinder or blown head gasket. It has 78,000 miles on it and we purchased it at 77,000. Crazy thing is when we purchased it they said the mileage on the paperwork was 68,000 but I pointed that to the finance guy Tom and he told me that didn’t matter. Which isn’t employed there anymore. Called them back to let them know about the issues I’m having with only putting about 1000 miles on it and I was basically told there isn’t anything they can do but direct me to their mechanic and we could pay at their cost. We called the mechanic and if it’s just a head gasket it would cost 3000 then he called back and stated he misquoted us and the Gretna auto cost is 2700 so they only get about a 300 discount? I’m a father of 5 and purchased this 2011 Dodge Journey LUX AWD and still have $16900. I have made only 2 payments and it’s sitting at a dodge dealership now waiting to hear the cost to fix. Can’t believe there wasn’t anything they could do to make something right but try and send me a 300 buck discount. So now I’m looking at a few grand in repairs and my loan company wants their payment. Yes they offered us a warranty but the cost was much for our budget and paying a extra payment for 2 years would of put us in the hole and unable to pay for our loan. Also have paper work with a diagnostic saying I need to replace the oil filter housing rear Differential is leaking needs new alignment. Driver side front ball joint loose, and wrong size tires, needs rear axle seals and rear differential pinions seal. Expected cost for this is $3,124.47 and that’s not even including the blown head gasket with a possible cracked cylinder head which I’ve been quoted around $3000 depending if there isn’t anything else wrong. I have just had the lower and upper manifold gaskets replaced, spark plugs, coolant reservoir due to crack, air filters was extremely bad almost looked like the original ones, thermostat as stated above. Even told oscar about the thermostat and wife talked to him recently and knew us right away. I feel they didn’t even have this vehicle inspected when they had it transferred from New York. Really feel like they just slapped a price on it. Just wished they would have did a better job at working with people they basically screwed. I have a payment over $6000 to make sure me and my 5 kids are safe to ride in this vehicle and on top of it all I have to make $396 payment so I’m not ruining my credit. I feel I could of got a better quality vehicle at a buy here dealership. There is no way We drive about 1000 miles and have these issues just show up randomly. More

Excellent Experience! We had an excellent experience with Gretna Auto Outlet! We live in Western North Dakota and Gretna Auto Outlet had the exact pickup we wanted. A beaut We had an excellent experience with Gretna Auto Outlet! We live in Western North Dakota and Gretna Auto Outlet had the exact pickup we wanted. A beautiful 2017 2500 GMC Denali with a bunch of after market work done to it. We were going to pay to have the pickup shipped to us but Gretna worked with us and actually drove the pickup up to us in North Dakota and drove our Dodge back because they took it on trade! It worked out so well for us because of our work schedules we were not able to get down to Nebraska. Oscar was great to work with and all the paper work and financing went very smoothly. We had the pickup bought and delivered to us in 2 days! We love our new pickup and were very impressed with their services! More

Good car, GREAT sales associate, obnoxious/intrusive boss I went out to look at a Subaru Crosstrek. Car seemed solid, but I realized it was more of a "want" than a "need". Oscar, the salesman who worked with I went out to look at a Subaru Crosstrek. Car seemed solid, but I realized it was more of a "want" than a "need". Oscar, the salesman who worked with me, was great. Not pushy, personable, patient, and informative. He even offered to let me have my personal mechanic check it out. I told him I needed a day to contemplate, and he was very understanding and accommodating. At this point, I was honestly on the fence and still open to buying. Then, I met the manager ( can't remember his name, think it was Brian). He came out and tried desperately to get me to buy the car that night. I told him I needed a day to consider, especially since I wasn't under any pressure to buy as my current vehicle is still running well. He became very condescending and intrusive, asking me "what could change in a day" and "for all you know the tranny could drop on that vehicle any minute." Thanks, but I don't know any of your cars won't do the same thing. Bird in hand worth two in the bush. I again insisted that it was still a matter of time to process and double check my budget. He then had the nerve to ask if I had done my budgeting before coming out to car shop, as if I was some ignorant kid who lived on his parents credit cards. This guy pissed me off in his desperation and I mentally checked out of it after talking to him. He should have let Oscar handle it. Honestly, Oscar still had me till I met his boss. More
