Model Sales Person Brian Gombocz We return to Hyundai Paramus because of the excellent service we have received from Brian Gombocz. When our lease was expiring we did not think twic We return to Hyundai Paramus because of the excellent service we have received from Brian Gombocz. When our lease was expiring we did not think twice. We knew we would see Brian because Brian establishes relationships. Over the years we would get a call from him to see how things were going. Brian is not your typical high pressure sales person. He takes time, listens in order to understand what our needs are--he is a true professional who is warm and engaging establishing trust while also having extensive knowledge on the Hyundai products and service department. An example of who he is, after not seeing him for a few years, he saw me in the Parts Dept. came over and greeted me by my name!!!!!! AMAZING. Not only did he remember my name he also remembered my husband. Brian takes time to explain all the features of the new car, making sure we understand how to use i.e. Bluetooth, the radio, Blue Link and even the Service Department. He is the model sales person. Hyundai Paramus is fortunate to have him. We will always go to Brian for the next car we get. More
