We liked that we felt no pressure to buy - we always felt like it was whatever we wanted to do. The salesman (Max) gave us a complete and thorough explanation of the car on the test drive. He actually gave us back the keys to our trade in after taking a look at it to determine its value - before we came to a deal!! And, of course, after we purchased it, then sat in the car with us and made sure we understood everything about the car. Brian worked with us on financing and made that quick and easy. We had been to other car dealers in the past month and walked out feeling very pressured or like they weren't interested in working with us. I originally went into the dealership to get some paperwork needed from the first vehicle purchased there since it was totalled. After explaining what happened and talking with Brian he was more concerned about my well being instead of pushing a sale on me. I explained that I had no intention of buying another car from this dealership since I had a horrible experience my first go around with a salesman the mislead me severely. Brian said that he was sorry to hear and apologized profusely for it without trying to sell me. After coming back when my paperwork was ready I started looking at cars and also figured I just survived a T-bone collision without damage that Hyundai's sold me of safety. Brain saw I was looking and asked if I would give them a few minutes just to show me a car. He introduced me to Dustin Holland who is an absolute necessity to that team, Dustin has a straight forward approach without seeming like a typical salesman. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai fleet, technology and all the bells and whistles the cats come with. If anyone is looking for a great salesman to work with ask for Dustin and accept no less. He doesn't play price games and gives you an answer whether you want to hear it or not and I respect that. More
