The sale person I worked with was well knowledge!! I was very impressed with the sale guy that I worked with. Wish I could remember his name. My son that was with me said he believes his name is Mat. Even though I didn't get into the car I would have liked to which was the first one I test drove. However, All in all I am pleased with what they were able to get me into. I really didn't even think I would have been able to get into a new car. I am a little concern about my payments. However, I am going to do what it takes to make sure the payments are not late and they are paid on time. Everyone there was very nice. I liked when Brian Gore called for me to sign the papers for the car I got.. Sounded like I was a winner the way he announced it over the pa system. Which was kinda funny but also felt good the way he did it. Hopefully within the next couple of years I will be back with my son to get a car. I liked how everyone there handle me and showed me respect. More

This was not a perfect experience because we later learned (by finding paperwork in the vehicle) that one vehicle had been sold previously but title had not transferred so it was then sold as new with over 300 miles on it. And, in hindsight, we felt that we did not get a thorough explanation the price(s). More

We were a little nervous but the team at Cocoa Hyundai were very easy to work with and very professional at every step. I had gone online to look at different vehicles and then asked for a follow up. Within an hour I had two follow ups from their internet team. I drove into the dealership and Chuck walked us through the process. Very personable and knew what he was talking about. Brian helped us with the financing and we were able to drive away with a new Santa Fe. I will absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
