I had to returned and sign more papers in the business department a week later. I was not given any option except sign or no car. I even said I was not pleased at how things were handled, asked to remove additional fees on the loan. It was not an option. Monthly payment increase as well as the car price. I had no alternative but to sign and purchase the car due to not having transportation to leave the dealership. Bad for business. If I would have some other way of transportation to leave I would never have bought from the car after second trip. Again bad business that reflects on awesome sales man and Ali that's in the finance department but was out on vacation. Another gentleman was handling finance that day, Brian Gore. More

Even Brian in finance was so congenial and knowledgeable it wasn't painful signing all those papers. * I have a suggestion for HYUNDAI: So many wonderful features in this automobile but if there was one more it would be perfect; the sun visor should have some way to pull down a tinted extension. If you have ever traveled east early morning or west early evening you would know the need. Surely the manufacturer of the visors could figure out a way to enclose a tinted, see-through sun block that could be pulled down when needed.. More
