I had never considered a Hyundai before but I love my new car! The salesperson and business manager were awesome to work with. The only disappointment, which is insignificant, was seeing the sticker price car! The salesperson and business manager were awesome to work with. The only disappointment, which is insignificant, was seeing the sticker price of my car after it was delivered. Although lower than what was negotiated, I feel I did get my monies worth, just wish I hadn't seen the sticker in all the paperwork when I picked up the car. I don't think it would have changed my decision to purchase the vehicle I did. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND MY SALESPERSON AND MY VEHICLE! The salesroom at this dealership could use a makeover to accomodate a little more privacy for clients when they are negotiating though. More

Mike was great during our test drive, when I wanted to go down my usual route to work to see how the car handled on a road full of pot holes. He was very patient with me. Brian surprised me by remembering down my usual route to work to see how the car handled on a road full of pot holes. He was very patient with me. Brian surprised me by remembering me from a year and a half ago, when he sold me the car I was trading in. I feel good about the deal we made. The car I was buying ended up costing me only $28 more a month than the car I was trading in. I was very pleased at that. More

I showed up at Cocoa Hyundai with the intention of test-driving a vehicle, planning to return later to buy if I found anything worthwhile. I told Romann that I was looking for a small car with decent test-driving a vehicle, planning to return later to buy if I found anything worthwhile. I told Romann that I was looking for a small car with decent gas mileage, good visibility, automatic transmission, and manual windows / locks. Romann immediately located the specific car that I wanted. I was quite happy with the car, and the dealership was kind enough to allow me to drive it home instead of waiting until later on in the week to purchase it, as I had originally intended. That might be a good sales tactic, but in my case it was a much appreciated convenience. Everyone I've interacted with from the Cocoa dealership so far has been very helpful and pleasant. Romann did some research on where to find all-weather floor mats and a cargo mat, and he also made a trip out of town just to pick up my trade-in vehicle. Although the dealership was quite busy most of the time I was there, Brian was polite enough to spend a few extra minutes explaining some of the paperwork as I signed it. As for the price, Romann worked out some numbers that compared quite favorably to the sticker in the car window; the amount I now owe for my new car after taxes trade-in and miscellaneous fees is within 5.6% of the Edmunds.com "true market value," and within 4% of the Cars.com "smart target price." (Those calculations do not include what was a potential reduction in price offered in conjunction with Hyundai financing.) My car shopping experience was a positive one, and thus far I am very satisfied with the car itself as well. More

From the first initial contact with Travis through the internet team to the final purchase of my new 2011 Sonata Limited with Mike and Brian, this was by far the most pleasant car purchasing experience I' internet team to the final purchase of my new 2011 Sonata Limited with Mike and Brian, this was by far the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've had. I did most of the negotiating through email since I live in Orlando and once I felt I had reached a fair price I made the drive over to Cocoa for a test drive. Unfortunately, the car I wanted (interior and exterior colors) was not on the lot but they made a few calls and had it on the lot the next day. I returned later that week to pick up my new car. Mike and Brian were excellent in every aspect and Brian even spent alot of time with me after the purchase to make sure I was familiar with all the gadgets and helped set up my bluetooth. I wish I had gone to Cocoa Hyundai for my 2005 Sante Fe purchase several years ago but made the mistake of buying from a dealer in Orlando. I won't make that mistake again. I would highly recommend this dealership and it was well worth the short drive from Orlando. Kudos to Travis, Mike and Brian. More

Great dealership. Very pleasant. Quick replys on returning phone calls and answering questions. Easy to deal with, upfront with no games. I would highly recommend this dealer to someone else. Visited Cocoa Hyundai yesterday for their end of month sale after getting a letter in the mail promising to lower my payment. I was skeptical, but they were able to show me a new elanta at a lower payme sale after getting a letter in the mail promising to lower my payment. I was skeptical, but they were able to show me a new elanta at a lower payment. I did have to negotiate with them, but they were easy going about it. It's an older building, but they were slammed when I was there.. very open friendly atmosphere.. a little corny with the balloons but what dealer isin't. I want to add I am happy they are on 520 and us1 because i live right down the road from them and it's easy to get in and out of for me since its right at cocoa village by the river. More
