Professional yet personable Everyone was helpful and kind. I had had the car (that I eventually purchased) as a "loaner" for a week. When I told Doug (the gentleman that had driven me to home and back several times) that I really liked the loaner, he helped me get to the right people to talk to to see about purchasing the car. Wayne went through several options and I felt that he had given me an honest (and good) price. I bought the car that day and drove home and am very happy with my decision. No one was pushy or overbearing. They listened to what I said/asked, and worked with that. I never felt pressured, just informed. Very nice experience. More
