Bought many vehicles with the family from Nazareth ford over the years, and wanted to purchase my new pickup off them. I patiently waited for the sales team to get back to me for two weeks and ended up nee over the years, and wanted to purchase my new pickup off them. I patiently waited for the sales team to get back to me for two weeks and ended up needing to buy a truck from another dealer In Maryland while on vacation to tow our camper home after it broke. Nazareth ford gave me crap for bringing it there and not buying it there to have a few little issues addressed. The truck came back with multiple scratches on the door and the wheels were all scratched up from the alignment they performed. Not happy about it at all and won’t ever be back More

It was a difficult process due to the pandemic. Naz Ford was able to get us in a free rental while they had to wait for the part. Our 2019 Edge was fixed properly and we are glad they did everything they co was able to get us in a free rental while they had to wait for the part.
