The Manager, JD or JP, I feel lied to me. He wanted to give me a lesser amount for my trade-in. I asked about how much he would sell my trade-in for. Austyn the salesperson, was very helpful and very polite and professional. Thank you Austyn! No, I believe I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from this dealership. The manager was nice when I had to come back to get work done on my new vehicle because they didn’t have time to do it the day of purchase. On the day of purchase I spent 6hours before I left there!! I had great credit with a nice trade in and yet it still took that long. Inexcusable in my opinion. I understand my comment probably won’t even be looked at but at least I tried to help out other consumers. More
