Ok the folks I worked with were great. We still have issues with the vehicle. Hub cap still missing. We scheduled service to get it replaced but it was no where to be found. Well it ain’t the guys in the white hats anymore (Schlossmans Dodge City)I called ahead and went over all the issues I wanted taken care of as I am almost out of warranty. Was told they would check to see if anything was needed before I came in . Was told they had everything for Ram Box springs that keep flying out. So was emailed by dealer to come in and came in and the fake smiling young dude Chris said he new nothing about anything that was gone over on phone. Basically a waste of time as all they did was reset uconnect,never replaced anything on ram box springs. Chris told me not to slam them lol! Told me to update my phone lol! When I had told him my company truck Bluetooth works great.Clunk in steering said no time for unless I wanted to leave it and find my own ride home and work next day lol! Also morning shuttle driver Terry asked me do I need a pickup, I said yes at 4:30. Well never heard nothing so I called Chris and he actually didn’t know anything had to talk to mechanic and call me back. So what I’m saying is me getting picked up at 4:30 was never on ol smiley Chris’s mind. I actually was gonna start walking home. More
