I wanted to check a noise in the suspension and he said they are too busy and I would needed to bring the car and leave it for 3 days to get the diagnosis. I took the car to another mechanic and in 5 minutes told me what it was and fix it in 2 hours. But for this visit I left my car for the oil service and waited to get if ready. I asked for getting the car wash and that was also not an option because I would have to wait couple hours according to Brian. To make the experience worse my car was Parked outside on the middle of a rain storm. I had to get soaked wet in order to get my car. That’s the worst customer service ever. More
