Just purchased a 2022 Outback and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. We were not prepared to purchase a car at Freehold Subaru. We just went in to sit in different models and look at the cars. Bryan came up to us and we were glad he did. We ended up leasing a new Sub Subaru. We just went in to sit in different models and look at the cars. Bryan came up to us and we were glad he did. We ended up leasing a new Subaru Forester. Everyone at Freehold Subaru was terrific...as soon as I walked in the showroom, Brian was there to greet me and give me a seat. he then thoroughly went over the car I was leasing, a 2021 Outback Touring - walked in the showroom, Brian was there to greet me and give me a seat. he then thoroughly went over the car I was leasing, a 2021 Outback Touring - some of the features are different than my last Outback. I then proceeded to complete my financing paperwork and everything wen t quickly and smoothly. When I was finished, Brian escorted me out to the car and showed me some additional things I should know immediately. Shane was also wonderful - I really experienced both of these guys as dedicated and felt like they "owned" the dealership! As I left, Brian gave me a cute pad and pen to leave in the car and jot down any questions that could arise so I would have them handy when return to pick-up my license plates. Felt totally indulged and taken care of and highly recommend this dealership and these two fellas to anyone looking for a Subaru - and who isn't????? More
