This was a new lease on another Mazda and we returned to this dealer because we were previously satisfied with their service. The one minor issue was when we wanted to get the extended protection. It was discounted considerably. But, when the monthly payment was initially revised, it showed as being even more that the initial cost. Luckily I caught it, had it taken off, & following discussion with the finance person, it was reduced to the original discount price. Made me a little leery about financial dealings, but I would still go back. More

I had 2 leases with this dealership and that was 2 too many. Terrible service, not friendly, not informative, not attentive, and overall unprofessional. The last encounter I had was when I returned my las many. Terrible service, not friendly, not informative, not attentive, and overall unprofessional. The last encounter I had was when I returned my last leased cx-5 (Feb 2021). I walked in and stood there while several employees just looked at me through the offices. No one was at the front desk or at the service desk. No one approached me for 5 minutes. I finally walked up to a guy leaning on a car looking at his phone. He was a bigger guy and looked unprofessional. I didn't even know if he worked there. I told him I needed to return my lease. He asked for my key. Looked at the car. He said maybe 5 words to me total. I asked some questions and he mumbled as few words as possible. That was it. When I got that leasef car it was also a horrible experience. It was several hours and a complete lack of transparency. I never took the car back there once in the 3yrs I had it for service. I'm so glad I won't ever give them another dime of my money. They all have a complete lack of care for the customer which is why more than one employee is terrible. I will tell everyone I know to not go to this dealership. They really don't deserve business as there are so many good dealerships who try to give a good customer experience. More
