I traveled from New York to Ohio to purchase a 2019 Ram Laramie from this dealer. I made sure to do my due diligence before traveling to the dealer and asked a lot of very specific questions about the truc Laramie from this dealer. I made sure to do my due diligence before traveling to the dealer and asked a lot of very specific questions about the trucks condition and for photos before purchasing it. After traveling 5 1/2 hours to the dealer, I found three of the items that were of my most concern and that I asked specifically about the condition of the items, they were misrepresented and nowhere near the condition I was told. One of those items being if any of the aluminum rims had any damage or curb marks. I was told all of the rims are in perfect condition without damage. After getting to the dealer, I found one rim on the back passenger side to have been run down a curb three or four so the edge of the rim was full of curb marks that were into the aluminum. I brought this to the sales manager attention and was told that it would be taken care of and it’s no big deal it would only be a $25-$30 repair. I have spoken to a few local shops. Nobody can repair the rim due to the damage being in the aluminum and the only way to repair it is to basically replace it at this point because nobody local in my area does this type of work. So I have to say I absolutely would not travel to this dealer again to purchase another vehicle, nor would I have purchased this truck originally if I knew the true condition. More

We had such a great experience at your dealership. We came in knowing what vehicle we wanted, and Brian stayed focused on that. When we came in to pick up the vehicle, we had our daughter with us, who We came in knowing what vehicle we wanted, and Brian stayed focused on that. When we came in to pick up the vehicle, we had our daughter with us, who is on the autism spectrum. Kids on the spectrum are very specific about what they like. The dealership didn’t have Sprite on the premises so Brian went to a nearby location to make sure she had a bottle of Sprite. Unbeknownst to Brian, we had been searching for our next vehicle since February and nowhere did we have an experience like this, where someone bothered to understand the needs of an autistic kid.
