Consumer warning: If you value your time, money, or sanity—proceed with caution. I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan Motorcars in October 2024 for a persistent engine light issue. I sanity—proceed with caution. I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan Motorcars in October 2024 for a persistent engine light issue. It is now June 2025, and the car is still sitting there, unfixed. Despite numerous attempts to diagnose the problem, the dealership has not resolved it—and has provided no clear timeline or consistent communication throughout this process. Worse yet, I made it very clear from the beginning that any loaner vehicle would need to accommodate my wife’s mobility challenges, due to an ongoing medical condition and surgery. That request was ignored for months. The first loaner vehicle was completely unsuitable, and an appropriate, accessible loaner was only provided in June 2025—after legal pressure. The dealership has not returned or repaired the vehicle, and their handling of both the service issue and our accessibility needs has been unacceptable. This is not the level of professionalism or care you expect—especially from a brand that sells ultra-luxury vehicles. I'm sharing this so others are aware: If this is how they treat a $300K customer, don’t assume you’ll be treated any better. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far from what “luxury” should look like. More

If I could give this dealer zero stars I would. I made a deal on a Lamborghini for 219,000 because I found the car online for that price. Somehow they raise the price on their website to $229,000. They agreed to pay the lower price but complain that they had to put $20,000 worth of service into the car. 24 hours later after giving them my credit card and copy of my driver's license, even after being told that the manager agreed to our deal, they called me and told me because they sent the credit card authorization form to the wrong email, that someone else sold the car from out under us. We all know that this dealership found someone to pay more and screwed me over last minute. This is the kind of dealer that you will be doing business with so think twice. I can say that the people at Lamborghini and Paramus are definitely on the level, not like this dealer. More

My experience with Manhattan Motorcars was by far the best Car buying experience of my life!! I am a few months delayed writing this. However, my excitement for this dealership has only grown. It starts best Car buying experience of my life!! I am a few months delayed writing this. However, my excitement for this dealership has only grown. It starts at the top with the owner Brian Miller. He is a legend in the industry and one of the nicest and most interesting people you can meet. The Dream Team extends through the entire worldclass organization including my sales executive Steve Schneir, John and Anthony in Finance Tom overseeing Service Dept, Dillion who sets up the cars and the front desk staff in the showroom and at service department. If I missed anyone, please forgive me. Everyone is a pro at what they do. More importantly you get the sense they enjoy their job and the team they work on. From the moment my 17 year old son and I hit the showroom to the moment we took the keys to our Taycan 4S we were treated with respect and courtesy. Never have I smiled so much as I spent so much money😄. If you are considering buying a new car Run don't Walk to Manhattan Motorcars. More
