I've been using Coconut Point Ford and their Service Department for many years now, and have never been disappointed. Brian Kline is THE BEST! This dealership continues to go above and beyond my expectations for sales and service. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and keeps me informed throughout the entire process. Service reservation for the recall was handled quickly and readily. Upon check in, the Service Manager Brian advised that they also had the part necessary for a second recall that I was not scheduled to and readily. Upon check in, the Service Manager Brian advised that they also had the part necessary for a second recall that I was not scheduled to have done yet, and then also advised that they could handle the Works oil change while the car was on the lift. So, I started with the understanding that I was looking at 3 separate visits on different days to having everything handled due to Brian's attention to my situation and the care he and the service team took to handle all issues within hours. More

The service and care about the longevity of my vehicle were good. Areas to improve are: hire a greeter, greet each customer the second they step into the lobby, look happy about working there, take owner were good. Areas to improve are: hire a greeter, greet each customer the second they step into the lobby, look happy about working there, take ownership of your department and make it known they you have the best job in the world, over communicate with a daily update about the status of the vehicle.
