My wife and I went to Campbell to have our Edge serviced. I saw Carl Gilbert was there so I went over to talk about cars in general and what was happening in the auto world. He told me about all the new fe I saw Carl Gilbert was there so I went over to talk about cars in general and what was happening in the auto world. He told me about all the new features in the new Edge models. He researched for the discounts that were available for me, assessed my 2016, ran the numbers and it turned out he could put us in a 2020 edge with just about the same monthly payment. We didn't intend to buy a new car that day, but after Carl explained all the advantages, we drove the 2020 home. We were very happy with the deal Carl made for us. It turned out to be a very wonderful "service" trip. Thank you Carl, Bill Fletcher and all the other pleasant people at Campbell. You made the sun shine thru the rain. Joe and Shirley Kruppa More

Initial customer service was superb. The team stayed late on a weekday to finalize all my paperwork so that I could drive off in my new vehicle that day. The next day, the vehicle leaked all the oil from the on a weekday to finalize all my paperwork so that I could drive off in my new vehicle that day. The next day, the vehicle leaked all the oil from the engine due to the fact that they did not put the drain plug on properly. 5 months later I noticed there was damage on the top of the vehicle that caused rust to the frame. This was not called out during the sale of the vehicle and photos of the day of sale confirm that the damage was done prior to my purchase. I called the dealer and kindly asked them to repair and was told it wasn’t their problem since it was so far from purchase. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and because of their ignorance, incompetence and intensely poor customer service, they will no longer see any business from me. Very disappointed...
