My husband was trying to get a vehicle, gave his budget to his salesman and they tried to sell him something more expensive, when they couldn't get him to budge, he went to try and get financing to purchas to his salesman and they tried to sell him something more expensive, when they couldn't get him to budge, he went to try and get financing to purchase the vehicle and then they called him back a day later and told him they had sold the vehicle he wanted to someone else. Later we were told, it's not personal, it's just business. So what I'm hearing is that this dealership only cares about the sale and not the customer. More
