Brian put us at ease and even introduced us to his colleague, Alex, who could help us with answering some of the specificities of the Honda CRV hybrid sport. She was really knowledgeable! Brian and Alex patiently responded to our questions and concerns, especially about the price point. We were happy that they met us halfway.
