Buying a car here is like nothing my husband or I have ever experienced. The entire process was simple, well explained and answered every questions we had. There were no “sales” pitches or let me go get my manager. ZERO pressure either way. When I saw the car I wanted it needed to be cleaned as it just came on the lot. We were to pick it up in 2 days. Got a call the next afternoon- the car was ready. Steve was so friendly and had everything ready to go. You could tell the customer experience is everything to this business. Then someone took the time to show us all the features and get all the technology hooked up- we had NEVER had someone do that before. My husband is good with technology but this gentleman showed us both some tricks and tips- so grateful for the tutorial- and what a nice young man. I work for a company that prides themselves on world class customer service and it was so nice to be on the receiving end of an experience like that from a local small business. Thanks again- we love the car! More

Great experience once again ( we bought an XC90 in 2003). Brian was very straight forward and easy to work with ! The car was delivered to us in Jamestown with everything done !! Had to actively go after them for updates and only after getting the owner involved did I see any progress. Car promised by midnight never showed up. Despite my efforts to contact them, I was left hanging until late morning. Pretty well convinced the car was in a shipping container headed to Timbuktu, never to be seen again. After the owner's involvement, I finally got some answers so, kudos to Jerry. More
