My wife and I needed to get a car and there wasn't a question of where we were going to purchase it because of our good experience in two previous purchases. There is no customer service here, unless you think being treated like cattle is customer service. I tried to buy tires from this outfit; I was treated like I was chump change. They don't want your measly $2,000. They are unctuous people interested only in selling cars to unctuous people. And if you're not unctuous, I would advise you to go elsewhere. Too bad for them that I was actually planning on buying a new Volvo, but if you can't quote me on tires for my current 2022 Volvo that I want to give my niece, and give me a little curtesy, then I just assume buy online, or from the other two Volvo dealers in RI. More

Dealing with Mike Bernardo from the sales team I felt was truly honest, knowledgeable and was exceptionally willing to work with me. Speaking with others there from the service department and managers, convinced me that this was the only Volvo dealership I wanted to deal with.
